Connection to commercial register

During the onboarding process, the applying company can be selected in the commercial register. The relevant data is automatically transferred and can then be completed. Sole proprietorships that are not listed in the commercial register are also permitted and can be entered manually.

Digital identification and signatures

By integrating m_IDeal, authorized signatories can easily identify themselves digitally. The generated documents can then be signed electronically in one go - securely and in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

Validating addresses

Both the addresses of the authorized representatives and those of the specified supervisory authorities are validated using a linked Swiss Post service.

The application's dashboard simplifies the further processing of incoming onboarding cases and thus supports the back office.
