What's waiting for you:

  • Independent management of financial accounting: checking and booking of all business transactions (creditors, debtors, expenses, bank, etc.)
  • Assistance with payroll accounting and coordination activities
  • Control and responsibility for accounts receivable/payable and the general ledger, including payment management and dunning
  • Active participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the annual audit
  • Processing of VAT returns
  • Support with process optimization and digitalization in the area of finance and development of the ICS
  • Further tasks within the finance department by arrangement

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) (profile E or M) with further training in finance
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a comparable role
  • Excellent knowledge of Abacus is a must
  • Confident handling of MS Office products
  • Accurate, independent and reliable way of working and a good head for figures
  • Open, flexible and communicative personality with analytical and joined-up thinking who enjoys taking on responsibility
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
