What's waiting for you:

Independent management of financial accounting: checking and booking of all business transactions (creditors, debtors, expenses, bank, etc.)
Assistance with payroll accounting and coordination activities
Control and responsibility for accounts receivable/payable and the general ledger, including payment management and dunning
Active participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the annual audit
Processing of VAT returns
Support with process optimization and digitalization in the area of finance and development of the ICS
Further tasks within the finance department by arrangement

What you bring:

Completed commercial apprenticeship with Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) (profile E or M) with further training in finance
4+ years of professional experience in a comparable role
Excellent knowledge of Abacus is a must
Confident handling of MS Office products
Accurate, independent and reliable way of working and a good head for figures
Open, flexible and communicative personality with analytical and joined-up thinking who enjoys taking on responsibility
Excellent written and spoken German and English
