  • Intensive use of active sourcing for the search, identification and approach of high-quality IT talent as well as the development, definition and application of innovative search strategies on the relevant channels
  • (Pro-)active candidate management to ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
  • Coordination, implementation of preliminary clarifications (screening calls) and, where necessary, participation in on-site interviews
  • Establishing and expanding a sustainable candidate network / talent pool to efficiently and effectively fill open positions for mesoneer and its sister company
  • Sparring partner for the line for all topics related to recruiting
  • Participation in relevant recruitment events or fairs to strengthen the employer brand externally and collaboration in corresponding employer branding projects

What you bring:

  • Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the commercial or IT sector
  • At least 3+ years' experience with an IT recruitment agency / headhunter or in in-house recruitment in the IT industry; existing candidate network in the IT or software industry an advantage
  • Solid track record in active sourcing and in building and expanding a candidate network
  • Very good communication skills as well as a reliable, independent and structured way of working
  • In short: A person with a hunter mentality who enjoys stirring up the IT market and bringing us together with the most suitable talents
  • Must-have: Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
