What's waiting for you:

Intensive use of active sourcing for the search, identification and approach of high-quality IT talent as well as the development, definition and application of innovative search strategies on the relevant channels
(Pro-)active candidate management to ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
Coordination, implementation of preliminary clarifications (screening calls) and, where necessary, participation in on-site interviews
Establishing and expanding a sustainable candidate network / talent pool to efficiently and effectively fill open positions for mesoneer and its sister company
Sparring partner for the line for all topics related to recruiting
Participation in relevant recruitment events or fairs to strengthen the employer brand externally and collaboration in corresponding employer branding projects

What you bring:

Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the commercial or IT sector
At least 3+ years' experience with an IT recruitment agency / headhunter or in in-house recruitment in the IT industry; existing candidate network in the IT or software industry an advantage
Solid track record in active sourcing and in building and expanding a candidate network
Very good communication skills as well as a reliable, independent and structured way of working
In short: A person with a hunter mentality who enjoys stirring up the IT market and bringing us together with the most suitable talents
Must-have: Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
