New offices for Vietnam, a giant step for mesoneer
The waiting is finally over: mesoneer's nearly 60 Vietnamese employees are excited about their new offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City. A milestone for the software company, which was celebrated in style at the opening ceremony - and even attracted guests from abroad.

mesoneer acquires contactify and announces product launch
The software manufacturer mesoneer acquires the start-up contactify, which specializes in Software-as-a-Service in the Business-to-Business (B2B) sector. With the acquisition, mesoneer expands its portfolio of offerings with two new products in the area of Customer Engagement Software, digital business cards and Digital Sales Rooms. In the process, mesoneer is acquiring the majority of shares and all 10 employees of the start-up, which was founded in 2020 and will remain independent as a company. The founders Lars Sager and David Sager will remain part of the shareholder group with minority stakes and will continue to lead the company as managing directors in the upcoming growth phase. In addition to the expansion of the product range, mesoneer will realize significant synergy effects, for example by allowing contactify to draw on mesoneer's development capacities.
